If you experience any issues with your G3, try the following solutions:
Difficulty turning on the G3
Please ensure that the battery is fully charged. The battery of the G3 takes approximately 100 minutes to completely charge. LEDs on the G3 display the battery life. They will begin flashing when the battery needs to be charged. When the LEDs stop flashing and all are on, the battery is fully charged.
Keep in mind that while charging the G3 has a security feature that prevents it from turning on. Make sure your device is not plugged in when you turn it on.
If your device will not turn on with either fully charged battery, your device may need to be replaced. Please send our Customer Experience Team an email at firstname.lastname@example.org describing your issue. Make sure to include the serial number or the order number in the email. We are more than happy to help.
The G3 is overheating
The G3 will naturally get warmer during extended use. Please keep in mind that if you use the device in very hot environments, the device will get hotter faster.
However, if your G3 is overheating or feels too hot for normal use, stop using immediately and send our Customer Experience Team an email at email@example.com describing your issue. Make sure to include the serial number or the order number in your email. We’re here to help.
We highly recommend replacing your G3’s Attachments every 60-90 days.
