What is Therabody’s Return Policy?
We stand by our products with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee - if you are not satisfied with your
Therabody.com purchase for any reason, simply return the product with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt in accordance with this Return Policy. If you purchase the product directly from Therabody, then you may return the product within 30 days
of the purchase date for a refund based upon the original payment method. Any returns after this period will not be accepted. Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, your refund will be credited to the original form of payment. In addition, please note the following:
• All orders US orders must ship returns to Long Beach, California, USA. Exact return addresses will be provided by our Customer Experience Team during the return process.
• Personalized items and items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Products can be returned only in the country or region in which they were originally purchased.
• Therabody branded products purchased through other retailers must be returned directly to them in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy. Items which are damaged or defective may be returned pursuant to Therabody’s Limited Warranty.
• We do not currently accept returns of in-store purchases online.
All returns are subject to validation and approval at Therabody’s discretion. If there is a discrepancy between the return policy and procedures printed on the original packing slip and the information provided above, the information provided above governs the return of your Therabody.com purchase.
How do I start a return?
For U.S. orders placed on Therabody.com:
1. Please contact our Customer Experience Team at email@example.com, chat or by calling +1 (866) 221-2185 to initiate a return.
2. Once we receive your return request and the return has been authorized, a member of our Customer Experience Team will provide you with the return address details and a Return Authorization Form to be completed and sent back to us with your return package. Please keep in mind, we do not cover or reimburse the shipping cost for the return. We recommend that you hold onto your tracking information, as we are not responsible for lost packages by the carrier.
3. Once we receive the return, please allow approximately 5 business days for your return to be processed. Additional delays may occur. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.
4. Once we issue the refund, please allow up to 10 business days for it to reflect in your original method of payment. Refunds for returns apply to the purchase price of the item(s) only. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping and handling charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error or subject to the Therabody Limited Warranty. Please note all returns must include the completed Return Authorization Form. Products returns must be received by Therabody within 30 days of purchase. Only authorized returns will be processed.

How are refunds credited?
If the product is returned in accordance with this Return Policy, Therabody will credit your original form of payment you used to make the original purchase and any applicable taxes (excluding shipping and handling charges). When returning a gift, you’ll receive an online credit in the amount of the purchase price. If we choose to provide a refund and no record of sale is available, we may ask for personal identification and you will receive an online credit at the current price for your return. Return will be provided via a Therabody online credit at the current price. Online credits can be used at Therabody.com but are not valid for use in Theragun retail locations.
What is your exchange policy?
We are unable to offer exchanges by mail at this time.
What if my item(s) arrive incorrect or damaged?
